Transcriptions of Monumental & Memorial Inscriptions 1905-2014

The municipal cemetery at Queensbury was opened in 1905 and the recording of the memorials by volunteers from Bradford Family History Society was completed in summer 2014. The adjacent graveyard of Holy Trinity Church was not recorded. Because the cemetery is still in use, the memorials may change.

a brief history of the cemetery,

plans and maps to aid searching,

and transcriptions of the following:

monumental inscriptions (sections A, B, H and I),

memorial plaques (central area and section J),

short supplement from earlier recordings where stones are no longer apparent ,

There are also some photographs of headstones and of the cemetery.
